1. Product Production and Return Location

All Kongvia products are manufactured in our factory located in China. Orders are processed according to the customer's shipping address and shipped through our logistics partners.

Important Notice:
Please note that the product manufacturing location is China, while customer returns and after-sales services are handled through our United States warehouse address. The production address and return address are different locations. Please do not confuse them.

2. Shipping Area

Currently, Kongvia provides shipping services only within the United States.

We currently support delivery to:

  • The 48 contiguous United States states
  • Washington, D.C.

We currently do not provide shipping services to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • Other U.S. territories

Please confirm that your delivery address is within our supported shipping area before placing your order.


3. Shipping Methods, Processing Time, and Fees

4. Shipping Schedule

Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect order processing and delivery schedules.


5. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

The normal processing time is:

1–3 business days

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after the order has been shipped.

Kongvia will make every effort to ensure timely delivery; however, delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your package delivery status.

If you have not received tracking information within the expected processing period, please contact our customer service team.

Kongvia is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers.


9. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transportation, please contact Kongvia customer service.

  • Tracking number
  • Shipping address
  • Photos of damaged items or packaging (if applicable)
